> **Desvantagens**: The new dashboard and the new class calendar. I really like the original and always find myself navigating back to it as things are easier to find and navigate.

> My overall experience has been great. It is easy to use and navigate. They are always updating the system to make it even better. The only updates I do not like are the new dashboard and the new calendar. Other than that, I love it.

> **Desvantagens**: The system does not allow you to move students to the lead file only families.   This means that with families consisting of 3 kids and only one is participating we still pay for all three kids on our monthly billing.

> Overall the facilitators at Jackrabbit are great.   They are on top of answering questions, helping with solutions to problems etc.
